This book is divided into twelve chapters, to fit the twelve weeks of the "Total Temple Makeover" weight loss program. Each chapter has seven sections:

7. A Voice along the path
You can choose to read the chapter in one siting once a week, or you can read one section each day of the week, depending on your schedule, temperament, and preference. Wither way is fine. Along the way you'll fidn practical advice, encouragment, specific ips to help you understand what you're eating (and why), and exercises (don't groan yet-they are not as bad as you think!). You will also get a sneak peek at the thoughts of Kale, a person who is walking through the program.
